We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR and Admin to join our team. As an HR, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR and administrative functions of our organization. You will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a strong interest in human resources and administration.


  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and organizing orientation programs.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and updating employee databases.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining files, and organizing company events.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus.
